About AntiMess

AntiMess is a software-as-a-service business workspace designed to help artists and creative professionals organize clients, commission requests, briefs, project progress, artworks, inventory, payments, finances, and related records.

AntiMess provides organizational and communication tools. We are not an artist, client, agent, marketplace, bank, escrow service, payment intermediary, tax adviser, or party to any commission, sale, or other transaction arranged through the Service.

02

Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, accessing a client workspace or shareable document, submitting information through the Service, or otherwise using AntiMess, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

03

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use AntiMess. If you use AntiMess on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

04

Accounts and Security

You may need to create an AntiMess account to access certain features.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Not share your account with unauthorized persons.
  • Promptly notify AntiMess at support@antimess.com if you believe your account or a shareable link has been accessed without authorization.

An email address may only be used to create one AntiMess account. If an account already exists for an email address, you must log in to that account.

You are responsible for activity through your account until you notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may require identity or account verification before processing sensitive requests. AntiMess is not responsible for loss caused by your failure to protect credentials, devices, or shareable links, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

05

Optional Third-Party Sign-In

AntiMess may allow you to sign in using Google authentication.

When using Google Sign-In, authentication is handled through Google's authentication services and AntiMess receives the information necessary to create or access your AntiMess account.

Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

06

Use of the Service

You agree to use AntiMess only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use AntiMess for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Use the Service to violate another person's rights.
  • Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent reasonable security measures.

You must not use the Service to send spam, harass or impersonate another person, distribute unlawful or infringing content, facilitate deceptive transactions, scrape or harvest data without authorization, test vulnerabilities without permission, or use automated means in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the Service.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable steps to protect AntiMess, our users, and others.

07

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of content and information that you submit to AntiMess, including client information, artwork information, project information, inventory information, descriptions, images, and other materials ("User Content").

You grant AntiMess a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, subject to reasonable technical, backup, and legal retention periods.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload or store User Content in AntiMess.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of User Content and should maintain independent copies of important business, artwork, client, and financial records. AntiMess is not a substitute for your own recordkeeping or backup practices.

08

Artwork and Content Rights

As between you and AntiMess, you retain your ownership rights in artwork, images, designs, descriptions, documents, and other original content you provide. Using AntiMess does not transfer ownership of that content to AntiMess or to another user.

You must not upload, display, or share content unless you own it or have all permissions needed to use it in that way. AntiMess does not determine ownership, authorship, originality, licensing rights, or whether a commission or artwork infringes another person's rights.

Any transfer or license of artwork rights between an artist and client must be agreed directly between them. AntiMess records, briefs, or workspace confirmations do not create or transfer intellectual-property rights unless the parties' own agreement expressly provides otherwise.

09

Artists, Clients, and Commissions

Artists are responsible for their services, pricing, schedules, promises, artwork, client communications, legal obligations, taxes, refunds, deliveries, and resolution of disputes with clients. Clients are responsible for reviewing artist-provided information, supplying accurate project details, protecting access links, and meeting obligations agreed directly with the artist.

If you store information about clients, collectors, or other people, you must have the authority and an appropriate legal basis to do so. You are responsible for notices, permissions, and compliance obligations arising from your independent business activities.

Commission requests, briefs, confirmations, messages, progress updates, and status records are organizational tools. AntiMess does not verify their accuracy, guarantee that either party will perform, or become responsible for the quality, legality, completion, delivery, payment, refund, sale, or outcome of a project or transaction.

10

Client Workspaces and Shareable Links

Artists may use AntiMess to create public forms, client workspaces, conversations, guides, briefs, invoices, receipts, and other records accessible through shareable links. A valid link may allow access without an AntiMess account.

You are responsible for choosing recipients, checking what a link reveals, sharing it securely, and revoking or reporting access when appropriate. Recipients must not forward a private link or use information available through it beyond the purpose for which access was provided.

AntiMess may provide access controls, revocation, expiration, or time-limited file access where supported. These measures reduce risk but do not prevent an authorized recipient from copying, downloading, or independently sharing information they can access.

11

Payments, Billing, and Financial Records

Payments for AntiMess

Some AntiMess plans or features may require payment. Where applicable:

  • Pricing will be presented before payment.
  • You authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges you approve.
  • Subscription terms, billing periods, and applicable fees will be disclosed during purchase.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes are subject to the applicable payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

Payments between artists and clients

AntiMess may help artists communicate payment instructions and record amounts, due dates, payment status, transaction references, invoices, and receipts. AntiMess does not hold, route, transmit, settle, or safeguard artist-client funds and is not a payment intermediary or escrow service. Any payment is made through methods selected by the artist and is governed by the parties' agreement and the terms of the relevant financial or payment provider.

You are responsible for verifying payment details, recipients, amounts, currency, refunds, fees, and transaction status before acting. A status or record in AntiMess is not independent confirmation from a bank or payment provider unless expressly identified as such.

Receipts and records

Invoices, receipts, expense records, exports, totals, and other financial documents generated or stored in AntiMess are organizational tools based on user-provided or recorded information. They are not automatically tax invoices, audited statements, legal advice, accounting advice, or government-issued documents. You are responsible for checking their accuracy and suitability for your jurisdiction and obtaining professional advice where needed.

12

Service Availability

We aim to keep AntiMess available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Features, storage, formats, integrations, and technical requirements may change. We may establish reasonable usage limits or modify or discontinue features. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly reduce core paid functionality.

We take reasonable measures to operate and protect the Service, but we do not promise that data will never be lost or corrupted. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

13

Third-Party Services

AntiMess may rely on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, infrastructure, database services, authentication, optional sign-in, communications, security, analytics, billing, or payment processing. Which providers are involved depends on the features you use.

Third-party services, websites, and payment methods may have their own terms, fees, availability, and privacy practices. AntiMess does not control or guarantee their independent operation and is not responsible for them except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

14

AntiMess Intellectual Property

The AntiMess name, branding, interface, software, design, and other AntiMess materials are owned by or licensed to AntiMess unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not give you ownership of AntiMess intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit AntiMess materials except as permitted by law or with appropriate authorization.

15

Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about AntiMess, you agree that AntiMess may use that feedback to improve the Service without owing you compensation, provided that doing so does not disclose confidential personal information.

16

Privacy

Your use of AntiMess is also subject to the AntiMess Privacy Policy.

17

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to AntiMess if:

  • You materially violate these Terms.
  • Your use creates a security or legal risk.
  • Your account is involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • We are required to do so by law.
  • We discontinue the Service.

You may stop using AntiMess at any time.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide appropriate notice before termination or suspension, except where immediate action is necessary for security, legal, or abuse-related reasons.

After termination, your right to use the Service ends. Subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy, we may delete or restrict access to account content after a reasonable period. We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for backups, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, or legal compliance. You should export or copy important records before closing your account.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue, including provisions concerning ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and enforcement.

18

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AntiMess and its operators, affiliates, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or your independent relationship or transaction with an artist or client.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from AntiMess's own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of these Terms, where that limitation is required by law. We will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and allow you to participate in its defense, subject to our right to protect our interests.

19

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AntiMess is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet every requirement; be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure; preserve every record; produce legally or financially compliant documents; or ensure any commission, payment, delivery, sale, or relationship outcome.

AntiMess does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, or professional advice. Information and calculations in the Service are for organization and should be independently reviewed where important.

20

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AntiMess and its operators, affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunities, arising from or related to the Service.

AntiMess is not liable for the conduct of artists, clients, link recipients, or other third parties; disputes or transactions between them; unauthorized sharing caused by a user; or independent third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AntiMess's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid AntiMess for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you paid nothing, AntiMess's aggregate liability will not exceed INR 10,000.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we may provide reasonable notice through the Service or other appropriate means.

The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Unless a different date is stated, updated Terms take effect when posted. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

22

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Mandatory consumer protections available under the law where you live are not excluded by this provision.

23

Resolving Disputes

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact support@antimess.com with a description of the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief or using a remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

24

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

25

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the AntiMess Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features or services, constitute the agreement between you and AntiMess regarding your use of the Service.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. Headings are for convenience only. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; AntiMess may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or operation of the Service.
