01
Who We Are and Scope
AntiMess is a software service designed to help artists and creative professionals organize clients, commission requests, project work, artworks, payments, finances, and related business records. In this Policy, “AntiMess,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the AntiMess Service.
This Policy applies to information handled through antimess.com, the AntiMess application, public commission-request pages, client workspaces, shareable documents, support channels, and related communications (together, the “Service”). It does not govern an artist’s independent practices outside AntiMess or third-party sites and services that have their own privacy policies.

02
Artists, Clients, and Our Role
Artists decide what client, commission, artwork, and business information to enter into their workspace and how to use it. Artists are responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect and use information about their clients and other people.
AntiMess handles that information to provide the Service to the artist. If you are a client, collector, or commission requester, the relevant artist may be the best first contact for questions about information they entered or shared. You may also contact AntiMess, and we will respond or coordinate with the artist as appropriate under applicable law.
AntiMess is a software provider. It is not a bank, payment processor, escrow service, legal adviser, or party to commissions and other transactions between artists and clients.
03
Information We Collect
The information we handle depends on how you use the Service and what you choose to provide.

- Name
- Email address
- Password or authentication information
- Profile information
- Profile photograph, if you choose to upload one

Client and visitor information
When a client or visitor submits a commission request, accesses a client workspace or shared document, sends a message, confirms a brief, or takes another action through a public or shareable experience, we may process the information they provide, the associated project record, and information needed to authenticate or secure that access.
Communications
We process information contained in support requests, privacy requests, feedback, and other communications, together with related delivery or response records.
Technical information
When you use the Service, our systems and service providers may automatically process:
- IP address
- Browser, device, and operating-system information
- Sign-in, session, and security events
- General usage and feature-interaction information
- Error and diagnostic information
04
Projects, Client Workspaces, and Shareable Links
Artists may create commission-request forms, client workspaces, conversations, guides, briefs, invoices, receipts, and other records that can be accessed through a shareable link. Information visible through a link depends on the type and purpose of that link.
Shareable links may grant access without requiring the recipient to create an AntiMess account. Artists and recipients should treat them as private, share them only with intended people, and notify us if a link may have been disclosed inappropriately. Anyone with a valid link may be able to access the information made available through it until the link is revoked, expires, or is otherwise disabled.
Private attachments and media are stored using access controls and, where applicable, time-limited access links. These safeguards reduce risk but cannot prevent an authorized recipient from downloading, copying, or independently sharing content they can access.
05
Payment Information and Records
AntiMess may store business records about payments between artists and clients, such as amounts, currencies, due or paid status, payment methods selected by the artist, transaction references, invoices, receipts, and notes. Artists are responsible for the accuracy of records they enter or confirm.
When you purchase an AntiMess plan or paid service, Stripe may collect and process billing and payment details on our behalf. AntiMess does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes. We may receive limited transaction information such as payment status, amount, currency, billing identifiers, and the last digits or type of a payment method where supplied by the processor.
Payment instructions displayed by an artist for a client transaction belong to that artist. AntiMess records and displays information but does not hold client funds or guarantee a payment, refund, delivery, or transaction outcome.
06
How We Use Information
We may use information we collect to:
- Create and maintain your AntiMess account
- Provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Service
- Store, organize, and display the information you choose to enter
- Support commissions, client workspaces, payments, records, and related communications
- Send service, account, security, and transactional communications
- Respond to support, privacy, and account requests
- Understand and improve reliability, usability, and performance
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where requested. We do not sell personal information or use workspace content for third-party advertising.
08
Third-Party Service Providers
AntiMess may work with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. Depending on the features you use, these providers may support functions such as cloud hosting and infrastructure, database and authentication services, optional sign-in services, transactional and account-related email delivery, analytics, security, and payment or billing services.
These providers may process limited personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide their services to AntiMess and are subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality, and security requirements where applicable. They may process information under their own privacy terms and in countries where they operate.
AntiMess does not sell personal information to third parties. We may change providers as the Service develops and will update this Policy when a change materially affects how personal information is handled.
Links to third-party websites, payment methods, or services supplied by an artist are governed by those third parties. AntiMess does not control their independent privacy or security practices.
10
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including account authentication, authorization controls, restricted workspace access, database security rules, and controlled access to stored files.
Passwords and authentication sessions are handled through our authentication provider. AntiMess does not store account passwords in readable plain text. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, and shareable links and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted availability, or that every incident will be prevented. If we become aware of a personal-data breach, we will investigate and provide notice where required by applicable law.
11
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts and business records, secure the platform, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information, why it was collected, account status, and applicable requirements.
Deleting an item from the interface may initially move it to a recoverable or archived state where that feature supports restoration. Account deletion does not necessarily delete information immediately from backups, security logs, transaction records, or records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or enforcement purposes.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, or anonymize it. Information already shared with another authorized user or downloaded by a recipient may remain in that person’s records and may not be removable by AntiMess.
12
Your Rights and Account or Data Requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- Request access to personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Request restriction of certain processing
- Object to certain processing
- Request a portable copy of certain information
- Withdraw consent where applicable
To request access, correction, export, account deletion, or another privacy action, email support@antimess.com from the address associated with your account where possible. Describe the request and the account, workspace, or artist relationship involved.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when needed to protect another person’s rights, preserve security, or retain legally required records. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable, subject to verification.
If an artist entered your information, you may also direct your request to that artist. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to the data-protection authority available in your jurisdiction.
13
International Data Processing
AntiMess and its service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from local laws.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism or other legally recognized measure. Contact us if you have a question about international processing relevant to your information.
14
Children's Privacy
AntiMess is intended for people who are legally able to use the Service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through AntiMess inappropriately, contact support@antimess.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
15
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our providers, legal requirements, or our information practices. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the current version.
If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method where required. Changes take effect on the stated effective date.
